Company creation in a week
We offer comprehensive assistance in the creation and registration of commercial law companies in the National Court Register, we handle all the stages necessary for the establishment of a company. We establish companies at a notary and online (S-24 mode).
The scope of services includes:
- Consultations on the selection of the company’s legal address, the size of the authorized capital and the corresponding PKD codes;
- Preparation of a limited liability company agreement;
- Signing a partnership agreement with the participation of partners at a notary (for foreigners we provide a sworn translator);
- Preparation of additional documents and applications to the National Court Register when registering with a notary;
- Assistance in setting up trusted e-puap profiles required for online company registration (PESEL required);
- Preparation and submission to the tax office of the tax declaration PKK-3, registration documents VAT-R and NIP-8;
- Assistance in opening a bank account;

In C-24 mode (online)
The net cost of the company registration service is from PLN 2 500.
Court fees are PLN 350.
In standard mode (at the notary)
Net cost of company registration service – from 4 000 PLN.
Net notary expenses (tax, tax, partnership agreement) – from 400 PLN.
Court fees – 600 PLN.
