On 10 July 2026, Panstwowa Inspekcja Pracy, PIP (Polish Labour Inspectorate) explained new employer duties for work during heat. The legal act is the rozporzadzenie MRPiPS z 9 lipca 2026 r. (Regulation of the Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Policy of 9 July 2026), published in Dziennik Ustaw 2026 poz. 927. The rules are expected to apply from 11 January 2027.
